REED (Resist Exploitation Embrace Dignity) is a ministry that works to end human trafficking and sexual exploitation through a comprehensive approach to change in the radical tradition of Christ. Located in Vancouver, REED does outreach and provides care to sexually exploited women, educates churches, communities, students and others on how they can engage their communities to end trafficking, and initiates public campaigns to change harmful cultural practices that entrench the sex industry.
The Canadian Baptists of Western Canada provided seed funding for REED.
