Each year, we gather either in person or online to celebrate our communities and our identity as Canadian Baptists. At these meetings, the CBWC holds itself accountable to local churches, presents audited financial statements and special motions, and proposes budgets for future years.
On Thursday, May 24, 2018 we will be hosting an online AGM at 5:30 pm PST (6:30 MT, 7:30 CT) that will primarily include a financial report, as well as an update on CBWC initiatives. We hope you will join us! The meeting will be 60-90 minutes.
This would be a perfect opportunity to gather as a church or a grouping of churches to share dinner and then participate in the online meeting together. Download a printable poster here.
Every church may register one pastor and two elected delegates to vote, plus one delegate for every 50 members above 100 members. All CBWC church members and visitors are welcome as non-voting guests.
