NMO is for new pastors, chaplains, and ministry leaders within the CBWC.  We want to welcome you and resource you for effectiveness in ministry within our Baptist church family. Additionally, your presence will allow us, as CBWC staff, the privilege of getting to know you and learn how we can best serve you.

 NMO is a part of a more comprehensive orientation journey. That journey may include the Baptist Identity course with Carey Theological College, supervised ministry, written assignments, various meetings with your association of CBWC churches and for some, a meeting with the CBWC Credentials Committee and the Ordination Examination Council.
